Hi
My son was eating a lolly and it dripped onto the carpet. I've tried Vanish Oxy Action but the stains are still there.
Can anyone please advise on how to remove?

I use the Halfords Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaner - it's a spray-on spot treatment, and I have yet to find a stain it can't remove."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Thank you. Any more tips gratefully received.0

Sorry to add to your thread but I have a similar question, friend spilt self-tan on my cream carpet and only confessed when stain appeared! Would you recommend using those heavy duty stain removers on a cream carpet? Have tried Vanish and Astonish stain removers - no joy!!
Would be grateful for any advice!!0 -
depends on colour of lolly and fabric of carpet
for any carpet the following works:-
1. shaving foam cleans without wetting the carpet.
2. lemon juice and bicarbonate of soda mixed to a paste then leave for 30mins for reaction to take hold.0 -
