As a result of comping . . .

I have been deemed the best present giver by my friends. It just goes to show that comping really does help businesses to advertise.
Recently I have given presents of a Biscuiteers tin and a Spineless Classic, purely as a result of comping as I wouldn't have heard of them otherwise!
Everyone that saw them were impressed and thought they were really good presents.
Has anyone else bought something directly as a result of comping that they wouldn't have ever heard of otherwise?
Or am I just too easily swayed by the advertising!?! :rotfl:

Planning a Buscuiteers present for a 60th birthday present for a friend who has lots of money. I have also become aware of three online stores which stock clothes for larger ladies (like me)I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competition Time, Site Feedback and Marriage, Relationships and Families boards. pukka pies, would have avoided purely because of the name, now buy them.
Hotel Chocolate, avoided in case they were lush (best not to know). Now we knowhow good they are.
Halogen oven, would have not tried yet another kitchen gadget. Now will replace when ours dies, it gets used so much.
Lindy Bop, have 3 of their dresses and 3 capri pants. Would never have heard of them before comping.total wins 2013 £5500 2014 £7500 2015 £23,900 2016 £10,650 2017 £13,040 2018 £10,620 2019 £10,115 2020 £3970.00
