Stocks and shares JISA recommended funds

I am looking to invest into a stocks and shares JISA for my infant and wonder what funds parents have chosen / or recommend?
I have a small investment portfolio with the majority in the Vanguard Lifestrategy 80/20 through CS and I'm unsure if there is any difference in investing in a JISA S&S compared to an adult apart from the amount you can invest.
I could just go for the lifestrategy or look to other funds with less risk?

With up to an 18 year investment period I would be tempted to go up the risk scale to 100% equities rather than down. Any global 100% equity fund would be my choice and the Van LS 100% is as good as any for that.Old dog but always delighted to learn new tricks!0

Thanks Westy , that's very helpful and makes sense I suppose regarding the 18 years length.0 -
I also chose VG LS 100% for my kids ISA's.0
