hi all. I'm trying to escalate my complaint re: backfilling to either Customer Service Director or CEO. The muskets in call centre and media team refuse the contact details. After 6 months or pretty much daily calls and 50 bills for same billing periods and readings but vastly different amounts I'm loosing the will to live. Has anyone recently successfully escalated their complaint? Please please please help me with yhe contact details, need both email and postal address please.

Excuse the typos, just spent 6 hrs trying to sort out the barrage of bills they sent me. At breaking point :(

Cheers, I'll email Neil C, as he's the new CEO, the postal address is for CS director though, is it the same office?

Sorry, I don't know. Their registered office is "1 Atlantic Quay, Glasgow G2 8SP" and I think that might be where their CEO is based.

I had the same issue with SP, in fact, I had moved in to my place and moved out 14 months later, and was still fighting with them. You're best to take it to the ombudsman, they dealt with my issue quickly and it finally landed in the lap of someone at SP who knew what they were doing.
