The prize is a trip for two persons of legal age in their place of residence on Sponsor's December 9-20, 2008 "Expedition to Antarctica," and will include: Arrival meet and greet at Santiago, Chile airport and transfers between Santiago airport and Grand Hyatt Hotel (or hotel of equal service level selected by Sponsor) in Santiago, Chile; P re-registered overnight double occupancy accommodations at the hotel including breakfast and bottled water; All tips and gratuities for baggage and local escorts; Round trip charter flight from Santiago, Chile to Ushuaia, Argentina on December 10, 2008 and from Ushuaia, Argentina to Santiago, Chile on December 20, 2008; Airport to vessel transfers in Ushuaia, Argentina; Double occupancy accommodations and full board for two on 'Explorer II' for 10 night expedition to Antarctica; All drinks (excluding premium wines or champagne) on board 'Explorer IT; Services of Explorer II' expedition staff and full lecture program; All shore excursions and Zodiac excursions while on board 'Explorer II; All crew and staff gratuities on board 'Explorer IT; Expedition Parka and Backpack; Sponsor's pre-trip documentation including Expedition notebook; Post cruise voyage log-book; Port charges; Return transfers from ship to airport in Ushuaia, Argentina following voyage.


Prize DOES NOT include: transportation or arrangements from winner's home city to Santiago, Chile and return transportation or arrangements from Santiago, Chile; Air taxes, governmental head charges, airport or departure taxes, passport and/or visa fees, reciprocity taxes or unknown fuel surcharges, or any items of a personal nature not specifically referenced above. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local income or other taxes. Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $17,950 USD.
