Hi,
I was just about to change my mums broadband/linerental provider (Plusnet) to BT, thinking I would get it cheaper for 12 months after the refund voucher + cashback from TCB / Quidco.
But I have noticed in her bills she hasnt paid any line rental for 1 year.
She has been with them for 2 years, and paid line rental upront for the 1st year through her bank, which came off on her 1st bill.
No monthly increase the following year on her bills, or any yearly saver has come off since then. She hasnt got another credit/ debit card / cheque, so its defo not come of amywhere else.
Should she keep quiet, and keep on paying without line rental, or if they find out, will she be due to pay the missing years line rental?
Thanks,
Craig

Yes, of course they can back bill her if they notice it (up to six years later), but she's under no obligation to point out their billing error. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Don't let them know, but put the money aside for the day they realise and send the bill."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
