Hi

Want to find out if i had PPI on some old loan & credit card agreements. I have got the a/c numbers but getting nowhere with the phone numbers. Would be grateful for any up to date phone numbers or addressses to write to.

The providers concerned are:

Capital ONE cr card
Citi cr card & personal loan
Cahoot flexi loan & cr card
AMEX cr card
Mint cr card
AA Financial Services cr card
Sainsburys cr card.

Any info greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the lenders websites as they usually have dedicated PPI helplines where you can phone and ask them to check if you had a policy on a loan or credit card?


Fortunately you have the account numbers so they should be able to locate your details. If not, you may have to send a SAR.


If this helps, I think Mint belongs to RBS Banking Group and Citi are probably CitiFinancial Europe Plc or Citibank.
