Changing from Lloyds Platinum to Silver nice to know

I upgraded to Lloyds Platinum from the Silver version a while ago, took me 5 minutes online. Easy.
Just downgraded back to Silver version, could only be done on the phone and took a painful 40 minutes??!!

Might have been easier to ring the travel helpline and got the cover upgraded for a fee.0 -

I think that this is a result of the massive amount of mis-selling of AVA (added value accounts) that went on at places like Lloyds.
As a result they've made changing their accounts much more complicated.0
