Vodafone are bloody awful. They messed up my upgrade big time. They called me and offered me a discount and also the same phone package at the same discount for my husband. I got the phone without the discount and my husband didn't, i had to really argue to get what was promised. We had so many other issues as well. When the contract ran out we moved and I was able to get signal from 02 so I left. Couldn't be happier! Awful customer service and awful company!!!!No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

My fault but I had a two year contract which ended in June but I didn't know I had to give 30 days notice so I paid for that month after speaking to Vf customer service. Another bill followed and I spoke to Vf who told me I hadn't given notice, I told them I spoke to Abigail and she said it would be cancelled. They said but you haven't given notice. So I paid the bill and this month got another bill. This time Manuj told me I hadn't given notice so I referred him to my call to Abigail and he said "Okay. I see it now. I'll cancel it and wipe the bill". Good lad that Manuj, but Vf !!! What an absolute shower. :cool:0
