Ok, it's already a very stressful process and the main stress is from the waiting for documents. We haven't yet applied for mortgage as broker wants all docs ready first and we've had offer on house accepted last month.
Also you see the memorandum of sale, the agent sent me this. But just wanted to know will the solicitor get in touch with sellers solicitor themselves. Or should I expect email or letter from solicitor first ?0
