Hi all
here's a cautionary tale. I rather foolishly lost my wallet whilst travelling to Barcelona.
Having realised this, once I got to my hotel I immediately set about cancelling my cards, being a bit of a Bal transfer tart I had three cards to cancel. Both Barclays and RBS answered my call and cancelled my card within 5 mins:T
However, I was put in a queue by Lloyds TSB...being told that my call was important to them. After 25 minutes my call was finally answered and card duly cancelled. The call cost me 84 euros. Fortunately the hotel were sympathetic and gave me a partial refund
When I contacted Lloyds TSB on my return to the UK the guy said "I would cancel my card if I were you"
I fully intend to do so once my 0% offer expires! You may wish to consider likewise!

Do you not have Sentinel card cover?0

Why were you carrying 3 balance transfer cards in your wallet whilst travelling to Barcelona?
Since you shouldn't (normally) spend on a BT card, these cards are normally cut up/stored in a drawer aren't they?0
