EDF Gas Problems

Hi

Im new to this, (1st post), hope someone can help.

I made a query with EDF customer line reagarding my gas bill. I have worked out that the payments i have made for one year total £421,88. I was given two calculations based on gas used for the year at 441 units at £277.28 incl VAT when i queried the payments i'd made as opposed to the bill i was given another calculation of 383.60 incl VAT. I live in a 1 bedroom flat with only central heating and water being used for gas (the heating i rarely use). This sounds a bit on the high side. How can they come up with two calculations.

Any help would be great.
