win 10 ie , etc border colour

a rather bland white , anyway to add a nice border colour? ie 11 and file explorer mainly

    a border colour would be nice, just so you could see the edges of the window....

    true , however not helpful as drivers for the board I am using are not available for win 7


    and I don,t think a coloured border in either 16 or 256 colours would go down well with SWMBO,

  • cor , I googled and got south African emeralds , and American radio stations!


    the thing is , in the earlier versions of preview , the borders were coloured , then later on they made them white ,


    googling suggests importing Aerolite.msstyles from a win 7/8 machine and selecting that as a theme


    anyone any views or thoughts?

    There are ways to get colour back to the borders and title bars :)
    I've used this method from windows 10 forums There's quite a few handy things there.

    Edit: it's using the aerolite theme as per the post above, it's just all done and ready to download. All that's needed is to pick a colour once it's selected as a theme.
