Hi all
Been looking for a value priced tablet for the little one & have settled on Tesco's Hudl2 @ £99 but wanted to gauge others' opinion.
After one with a decent processor, camera, wi fi to do mainly homework & restricted internet access. The only thing that lets Hudl2 down is lack of microsoft office. Seen one with it called Linx 8 windows @ sainsburys for £100 but this lacks other features the Hudl2 has. Shame you can't combine both for the same price!
Any ideas?!
Thanks

along with many other options.Don't you dare criticise what you cannot understand0 -
There are a lot of alternative apps on Android for Office, although I've only tried excel equivelan, and hated it on a small screen.
Tesco double boost points voucher thing is on at the moment - don't know if this is included but worth looking.0 -

Worth saying that the Linx will most probably have a licence for Office that expires after a year, so in a year you'd have to pay more or look for alternatives, if you wanted full-featured Office product.
Having said that, Microsoft have a free version of Office available for Windows tablets and Android tablets which will allow basic editing.0 -
The Linx Tablet comes with one years' free licence of Office 365.
You can download Office for Android and do some basic tasks but certain features become unlocked once you pay for the subscription (either monthly, or in full.)
Plenty of free options out there, however which are cross compatible with Microsoft's programmes. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
