Portare Ladies Wear

Hi
Has anyone had any dealings with a company called Portare.
They have shops in Leeds and Wakefield, and you can order online.

I'm only asking , as they have one of the worst customer service I have come across.
Ordered two skirts on 14 th July, returned them as far too big, they received them back on 21st July, have been totally fobbed off, by them since regarding a refund.
Still not received one, even after several phone calls, all they are saying is it will be sorted.

Was even offered a voucher instead last week, why would I want a voucher when I would never shop with them again.
Has anyone had the same issues with this company.?

Legislation allows them up to 14 days to provide the refund.

Speak to them again on Wednesday - if you still haven't received your refund.
