Kernow Parking Solutions PCN at Praa Sands

Hello all,
On 22-7-15 I discovered a PCN affixed to my windscreen
I had bought a ticket but it must of blown of the dashboard
How do I proceed with appealing this ?

Thanks in advance and apologies for any forum ignorance on my part.

just read and follow the information contained in the NEWBIES sticky thread above your thread (near the top of the forum)

    thats what its there for

it would be helpful if you still have the ticket you paid for too (its your proof of purchase , proof you paid for the contract of parking)

I still have the ticket, shall I wait until the 20 day mark or contact them ASAP?

appeal as KEEPER around day 21 to day 25

only the DRIVER would be foolish enough to appeal to a windscreen ticket ;)

Cornwall's king of kung fu, Robert Ley of Goldsithney, is hardly a "crowd"!

Here are the "rules" of his "art". Apparently it has not occurred to him that anonymously running a parasitic parking operation might be slightly compromising with respect to some of these "rules":

  • Kernow Parking Soloutions is not a legal entity, i.e. it is not a limited company, and if a sole trader, does not provide the name of that trader. Therefore any signage and any tickets are completely meaningless. There cannot possibly be any contract formed between the driver and Kernow, as Kernow does not legally exist. This needs to be part of your appeal. It also means that there's no way they could ever take this further than the usual paper-based threats. They wouldn't want to go anywhere near a court given the above facts.
