I had a stop error which meant restarting from scratch on Microsoft Servicepack. Used one i had used last year. Had a similar problem last year with webpages being wavey when scrolling down the page. I had to download a driver cos the system was an old one. Only problem is cannot remember where I found it or where it was from. Feel really dumb at the moment. Laptop is a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook E series. Any help would be appreciated and if you need more info I can post it, thanks in advance.

Assuming you are looking for the drivers for this particular laptop, or tech support, go to http://www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/rl/servicesupport/techsupport/lifebook/ for updated drivers. Without knowing the specifics, I am sure you will find what you are looking for on this site.
Good luck, and let us know if it helps.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

to put it in simple terms I need a downloadable driver that is compatable with an e series laptop that means that the page does not have the effect of a wave(as in sea) when scrolling down the page. I used servicepack 2 which has provided the problem in the first place. I have absolutely no idea what I am doing.0

sounds like it's the graphics driver you need, does it have on-board graphics? If so then follow marleyboys link to the fugitsu site to get the latest drivers, if it happens to have a seperate graphics card (unlikely for a laptop but entirely possible) and it's a geforce goto geforce website and if its an ATI then... well you get the picture, if you give us the precise version of series E which it is then ill try and find you a direct link to the driver you need.
If you goto http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/com/support/downloads.html and fill in the drop down list... notebook... lifebook... series e.... your model... Windows XP... then a tree will appear of all the drivers you can download, id recommend getting all the latest one's.0
