Can a broker take over case after going direct

    Which tell you to go direct if it's cheaper. They just didn't tell us about the loyalty deals.

    I imagine the broker wouldnt get their fee from Nationwide if you have already gone direct and therefore reluctant to take it on.


    I imagine the existing direct application would have to be cancelled, and a broker would have to start the application again from scratch, so could get their fee

    'Which' are idiots then.


    It's not about 'cheap' it's about what you as the client want and providing value for money.


    They, or any other broker, cannot 'jump on a horse' that you have started running direct.


    You need to start a new application if you want the proper service and support you seem to be seeking.

    Which clearly do not value the service they offer if they suggest you go direct if its cheaper.

    There is nothing wrong with going direct if its cheaper, but its like comparing apples and oranges. Direct you do everything yourself and have very little support. With a broker you have someone to do it all for you, hand hold, fight your corner and offer guidance and support along the way.
