no audio output device installed

I have recently installed windows 10 and I have lost all sound .
I have a toshiba c50 laptop .
I just get the message "no audio output device installed"

any ideas how to fix this .

ok I downloaded the drivers ,now I have sound but lost my wireless connection .I am now connected via Ethernet cable .Any suggestion

sorry what details do you want .prior to this I could see all the local connections sky ,bt ect now nothing .

Do you see Wireless Network Adapter in Control Panel >> Device Manager?
If you do, does it say "This device is working properly" in General >> Device Status?
(This is for W7, not sure about W10).
