I bought my father a £30 Amazon gift card for Father's Day. He then rang me to ask if I had a record of the voucher code as he'd mislaid it. As it was a physical card sent to his address, I checked my account to see if the number was noted on the order details, but alas no.
Thought I'd give Amazon CS a go on their live chat to see if they could track the number, but they couldn't. Instead, they promptly arranged to have a replacement gift card sent at no charge.
