Has anyone had problems with this company.
They picked up my van on Friday with the promise to return it Friday evening wit the clutch done.
Today is Sunday and still no van just a pack of lies telling me it will be done by this time and that time.
I've had to hire a van to fulfil my commitments to customers as I give unlike choice a good customer service.
When I complained on the phone I was laughed at by the assistant.
I don't even have an address as to where my van is.
The managing director claims to have started the business after being let down by garages. Maybe he should be more on the ball and fulfil his commitments.
It's been a nightmare. Don't use them as thy are a bunch of cowboys.

I would never trust any of the schemes where anyone comes to collect your vehicle without a clue as to where it was being taken.

It could be some guy who uses 2nd hand parts and works from the corner of a muddy yard.

It's probably on its way to Eastern Europe / Sub-saharan Africa / broken for parts by now.


They'll probably tell you it was stolen from them.
