Same for me. Good to know they acknowledge their errors - unlike most of the other survey sites!“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0

I don't get many surveys from them so can't comment further but what you experienced happened to me only once and I didn't care that much but if it happens regularly, it would be annoyingally.0

Yes, I got the email too and sure enough the 75 points are there in my account:j. I'm glad others got theirs too:beer:
I've heard people say that they never get a response when they email YouGov so I was just going to let the loss of points go. Good of them to be so proactive and reinstate the missing points (or maybe they've been reading the comments on here and felt shamefaced;))
A little bit nearer to cashout now:j0 -

Also notice, even if you do qualify for the amount they first promise you- they have some extra questions at the end for no payment. First time I assumed you get extra points and completed them. But no extra points so skip that part, if I get that far!
Do you remember when they tried to give everyone a prize - which were actually things like money off when you purchase something?
They do say you have completed the "formal part" of the survey so the extra questions are informal (ie not paid).
Pleased that I got the email apology and points which I expect are in my account now.0 -
Got my points as well- so thumbs up! Pity that MySurvey are so unreliable and never rewards lost points when their surveys glitch- but that's another story!0

I also received the 75 pts and an apology. A friend with the same grievance informed them that someone had begun a thread on MSE - I wonder if this is what prompted their action?:eek:0

I thought the same thing, MollyDolly and mentioned in my earlier post that they'd maybe read our posts on here and felt shamefaced;).
Actually, after a considerable loss of credibility as pollsters during the Scottish Referendum and then the General Election I think they are doing all they can to restore their reputation:rotfl:0 -

As for these survey sites there are hit and miss. I done a 1500 points or £15 National Survey with MySurvey last week and after 2 and half hours into the survey there was an error and when I told them they said retry and it never worked and was told that I maybe paid within 2 days but as of today nothing and they wont pay me so if you get paid it's a bonus.0 -
I always try to complete the Prize Draw ones if I can (if I have time after doing any paid ones!). A few months ago I won 2000 points and was able to cash out in 6 months rather than 4 years!!!0

I never bothered to complete the Prize Draws as I didn't want to see an increase in them. That said, I think I only receive one a month - I will complete them in future - well done on your win.:)0
