Noddle:

I am currently signed up with credit expert and equifax on the free trials but they are coming to an end soon so thinking of getting rid as they are expensive to keep on, the thing is i do still want some kind of monitoring tool for my credit reports, i have just signed up with noddle as i've heard its free, the trouble i see with this one is it only gives you information regarding your call credit report and not equifax or experian, is this correct?.

  • Correct. Only Call credit info will show on your Noddle repot. There is also Clearscore which will cover your Equifax report which is also free once signed up.

So we just need a free one for experian now, and clearscore can never identify me for some reason, even though i have a equifax account online already which they use.
  • I can't help with that one as I went straight through the ID/VA process and got accepted. Perhaps try contacting them and see what the issue is as its a pretty neat little report that compliments the Noddle report nicely.

Im sure now the other two have free versions of their reports, Experian will eventually bow to pressure / lack of sales and go the same way and then just put adverts for credit cards etc on the free report to get some affiliate sales.

Hopefully as it will be brilliant when we can get access to all credit agencies for free, it might be that i am not on the electoral roll which is why it isn't going through, even though i managed to access my equifax report online with them direct, so if they can gain access to it then i ain't sure why clearscore can't.

Just have this in mind. I have clearscore account and have just received a stat £2report from equifax both share info. I have a ccj from 2010 that shows on equifax not on clearscore. Saying that clearscore doesn't seem to have the option of looking at closed accounts whereas noddle does. It's confusing at best. Waiting for call credit £2 stat report will post back wether ties up with noddle free report

There have been a lot of discrepancies reported with clearscore. I'll be sticking to the £2 stat report.
    SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
    SPC 9 (2016) #485 TOTAL £84
    SPC 10 (2017) # 485 TOTAL: £464.80
    SPC 11 (2018) #485

My clearscore shows me my closed credit accounts. It also shows my accounts identical to Equifax.
