Can you define what a "chauffeur" car is?
If you're carrying foreign tourists to their hotel, in a car supplied by you (it's unlikely to be theirs..), then it makes you a minicab/private hire driver, whether you drive a Mini or a Rolls-Royce.
In the traditional sense, a "chauffeur" is a driver, who drives around one person and/or their family in car supplied by them, and even then bus lane use is not permitted during its' hours of operation.0 -

Well the OP appears to drive an 05 1.8 petrol E Class.
Sounds like an off the books private hire to me.0 -
