Hi I have a chauffeur car in Scotland & have been fined in a bus lane, in Scotland cars do not need to be licensed for chauffeur, as I pick up some foreign tourists it would mean dropping them 1500 yards from their hotel destination as it is a one way bus taxis only, do I have any right of appeal Regards
