The ruling in Dublin for specific breeds.

I caught a bit of this on the news yesterday. Council tenants will be restricted by a list of either 10 or 12 breeds they will not be able to keep. A poor lady on there had two GSD-one of them for 10 years- & like she said, it would be like getting rid of a child.

When will the 'authorities' realise it's owners that need to be seen to, not the pet! Being banned from keeping animals is hardly a sacrifice to the idiots who inflict awful conditions & training on an animal.

I'm definately in the "guns don't kill people--people do" camp, & feel very strongly that people are responsible for their pet's behaviour, not the pet.
