NBI - Garnier Ambre Solaire Ultimate Blends Sleek Restorer Conditioner 200 ml
This smells of coconut, so used it with the Ald! shampoo that is also coconut. The Alberto Balsam lookey likey. (DD tells me that the Ald! shampoo is AB, also that the other lookey likeys are in fact what they look like, which was interesting info.) I like it although I still needed my straighteners to get sleek, as I didn't use a leave in conditioner on purpose, in order to give it a fair review.

GA x 3 DD and DGD absolutely love the bubblegum smelling Aussie Shower Smoothie shower gel that Valm and myself couldn't stand.
Well, in my case, I liked it for two uses, which was a bit unfortunate when they had sent 6 bottles to trial.
DD said it made great shampoo for her (quite short) hair.

Sorry to be a bit thick but how do you put a quote in a coloured box rather than just the writing? TIA

    TA

Burts Bees Lip Balm - had gone very hard, then i tried to soften it and it went all gloopy. think it was really past its sell by date.
Garnier 7 Day Moisturiser - nearly all gone, it's got a v. runny consistency, not sure it's supposed to be like that
    [STRIKE]Burts Bees Lip Balm[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]John Frieda Frizz Ease[/STRIKE]
Garnier Pure Active Moisturiser - couple of days left
    Nivea Soft Moisturiser
Nivea In Shower Moisturiser - can't squeeze the last out of the bottle, having to take the top right off and stick a finger in ... and then inevitably drop lid in shower
    [STRIKE]Tresemme Liquid Gold Perfecting Treatment[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Nicky Clarke Shampoo[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Nicky Clarke Conditioner[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Original Source Blackcurrant shower gel - about a week left[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Neil's Yard Bee Lovely Hand Cream - gone v. runny[/STRIKE]

Morning Valm, do you mind if I ask where you get your Divine oil sachets? Are these with purchases or just freebies? Also not a huge fan of the LE oil but have 2 full sized to UU, also have a few other oils which I am not sold on to UU so a bit weary of buying another full size. Have never actually tried asking the sales assistants for samples in L'occitane but may have to give that a try before buying anymore!

Have 1 TA this morning, como shamballa conditioner, I hate this stuff and have realised it makes my hair look dull. Cannot be bothered with dull hair so in the bin it goes!!

Hi Emma I pick these up at the L'Occitane store. I usually get the oil, face ream and almond milk samples each time I go. I give the face cream to my friend at work.

I opened a sachet of the Immortelle cream which was lovely and rich.

The Brightening treatment shouldn't sting when you use it.

How long are you leaving it on for? I think the recommended time is only about 30 seconds, although it can be mixed with C&P and left for longer (avoiding the eyes).

    Ah that could be why!

  • does any one know a really good concealer. my holy grail product was one by la roche posey in a fluid and it was amazing. it was light feeling but the pigment level was amazing and was very light colour.

i have developed rocecea like redness and i don't want to go own the antibiotic or prescription cream route (let that be an option for much later).
I need a decent concealer that is very pale. I have tried dermablend and the coverage is ok (not as good as the old la roche posey) but the color of the lightest shade opal has yellow undertones. It is very mask like in a too dark shade.

has any one of used a concealer that is very pale and is a Holy Grail type product. i would prefer to make my "in" the best product. are mac concealers good?

I can't comment on paleness but Collection has good concealers that doesn't break the bank. What about a highlighter instead, like YSL ? Would it work?

If you are looking something pale, a corrector might be what you need instead. Bobbi Brown has good range of colours. I'd go and try a couple of them.

Also, a good news if anyone is interested in selling their unusued toiletries, make-up. Vinted is now offering listings for beauty too. I have sold many clothes on Vinted and it is cheaper than Ebay and I find it more convenient as you don't put your items on auction and there is no end date to your listings. I'm happy to help if you have any questions but the website/app is easy to use.

oooh thanks for this, :D will have a proper look tomorrow. Had a quick look just now and couldn't see a fees page, how much is it to sell?
    TIA
No more Ins or Outs :)

Welcome to the thread BlueEyedGirl, congratulations on your pregnancy Plumpudding and have a great holiday Sundaysgirl! :)

Sorry to hear about your allergic reaction Deleted_User, I'm glad you are on the mend now.

No more use ups for me yet although I only have one use left of my conditioner. Not sure I will clear my Project Pan list before the end of the month.
