My Hermes nightmare

Hi guys,

I have recently joined up to become a Younique Presenter, and thus order the presenters kit (worth over £200). It arrived from Utah, to the uk in three days where it was passed over to My Hermes.
For nearly 4 days now it has been stuck at "hub via sorter". I have contacted my hermes five times, GFS 2 (who were the carriers) and Younique themselves.

My hermes were completely useless as where GFS 2, however, Younique have now sent me a replacement out - which is great don't get me wrong.
But now I am losing customers as a few were waiting on samples.

What I want to know is will i get this original parcel eventually?! What are others experiences with this "hub via sorter" - I have looked on numerous different forums, most of which say that once you see this status expect your parcel within 48 hours... obviously not.

I have allways praised Hermes on the delivery side but twice I have had the same as you where an item has got to "hub trailer via sorter" then no further, each time I have had the item replaced and have not had the "stuck" one turn up.
I would think that the company you ordered from will chase to either get the item returned or claim against them.

Perhaps it's held up in Customs. That's always a possibility, but maybe that would say something other than "hub via sorter".

Thats what I was thinking but Younique pay the custom charges - this is what my hermes tracking is showing

And Hermes agrees:

'Sorted at national hub' or 'Hub trailer via sorter': The parcel is being sorted at one of our National Hubs and will shortly be on its way to your local delivery depot.

A problem you have is that you have no contract with Hermes, so, unfortunately, they will probably refuse to discuss things with you.

Yeh they did, and as soon as I contacted Younique they sent out a replacement. Just frustrating because all I want to know is where is my parcel but no one can tell me from either company You'd think hermes would as it is in their possession ?
