in Credit cards
I received my Halifax Clarity card. I set up full payment monthly via direct debit. I will use this card purely for overseas expenses. But to test my card today I withdrew £50 from the cash point. My question is, do I start paying interest from a cash point withdrawal from day 1 or will I pay no interest because I set up the full payment at the end of the month?
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks. I wanted to make sure that way because I changed the pin number and just thought it would be an easy option.0

Lots of small value cash advances will damage your credit file.1socrates1 wrote: »Thanks. I wanted to make sure that way because I changed the pin number and just thought it would be an easy option.
In hindsight, if you wanted to simply check the new number worked you'd have been better buying a newspaper or Mars bar from the supermarket/shop next door!
Even cheaper still would have been to put it back in the ATM and try the new PIN!0 -
Thanks, I will remember that next time.0
