Outlook 2013 Subfolders

Options
I cannot find my subfolders anywhere. I also still have Outlook 2007 on my laptop and it shows them there.

Anyone help please?

  • Did you import your email out of 2007 and reimport to 2013?

Most of the other emails just appeared in 2013.

Do you mean export from 2007 and import into 2013?

    How do I do this?

    Thanks

Are you using POP or IMAP? And I assume you have Outlook 2007 and 2013 running on different computers.

I am using POP. Have both versions on my laptop.

My husband also has both versions on his and has been using 2013 for a year now. All his sub folders are OK

I won't even ask why you have 2 email clients on the same computer but POP doesn't help. (IMAP is designed to properly sync more than one email client)

    As suggested above
    1. close 2007
    2. within 2013 find the import/email option and hopefully it will find the 2007 mail

Whether this creates your sub-folders or not I cannot say. Why? Because if they've been created manually and locally then they won't be copied over in the import.

    Perhaps your husband uses IMAP.
