Waiting too long for delivery

On 6 June I ordered some garden furniture, paying half direct and setting up 0% finance on the balance via the company's finance provider. The website stated delivery in 1-2 weeks.
On 13 June I found an email from the finance company stating I had not completed a confirmation, so I did and then received an email confirming my order was processed.
On 23/6 I emailed the company asking progress on my order. The following day I received a reply that my items were out of stock and would be in stock in 'a couple of weeks'
On 11/7 I emailed again stating my disappointment in not having heard anything further and where was my order
On 16/7 I received an email from the manufacturer my order had been despatched and the delivery co. would be in contact in a few days.
On 21/7 I received a text from the delivery co they'd be delivering on 28/7
On 24/7 I received a call from delivery co confirming delivery on 28th and asking for any access problems. I confirmed there was a nearby bridge with a 17T weight limit. They confirmed they could not deliver as they had an 18T vehicle and would call back with a new date with smaller vehicle.
On 27/7 I called the delivery co for an update and was told my delivery is marked urgent and they'd be in touch.
I've not heard ant more from them so now assume my delivery won't be next week either, plus, how do I know they won't pick a date I can't be available and then have to wait another few weeks
This is getting ridiculous, what rights do I have?

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
