I think that is highly unlikely.

A family member recently bought me out of a property (50% stake). However a few months later it showed up on Zoopla with the 50% value so looked mega cheap. I contacted Zoopla and the LR who both removed it from their records. There is an option against any property to contact them if the records are incorrect.

Can you do this if you weren't involved in the transaction? I know a flat that was shared ownership sold recently which looks odd amongst the couple of others that have been sold at full ownership.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

My next door neighbour finally bought his flat earlier this year for £x from a relative in what I suspect might be a divorce settlement scam. He's just sold it for £x plus 50%, so I doubt zoopla has caused him much Difficulty. Mortgage lending rules are likely to be more of a problem, since it's not yet 6 months since change of ownership.
