Overpaying my Mobile Contract

Hi,
Not sure if I'm putting this in the right place.
I took out a new contract phone for my daughter in March 2015. I have today noticed that I have actually been overpaying the contract.
I took this contract out using the online chat (first time I've done it this way) and was advised the cost would be "£24.85 including VAT". To my knowledge this would mean a total of £24.85 as it is including not plus VAT. I have been paying a total of £35.50.
The reason I have just noticed is I have three contracts all of which come out at the same point so I've never really taken any notice to it.
I'm just wondering what you think, should I just write to them or call them to find out why?
Thanks

£24.85 plus VAT is nothing like £35.50.
Why don't you just look at the bill to see how it's calculated?0 -
AS above look at the bill, you may well be using something over and above the contract.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Nope there are definitely no extra charges on the bill.
Nothing is used on it as have wifi connected and I have looked at the bill.
I will just call them.0 -
What phone is it? Is it split into contract amount vs phone repayment?0
