Have I understood this BT package correctly?

So I am looking at setting up my Broadband and have noticed this at BT.

Unlimited BT Infinity 1 + Weekend Calls
£10/month + £16.99 line rental.

Now I wish to have all of the BT Sport channels accessible via the web player but in order to get the Europe channel I need to pay an extra £5.

However, am I right in saying, if I also take the "Starter + FREE BT Sport Pack" TV package at the cost of £0/month + £14 activation fee, I will also get all the Sports channels via the web app for free?

One note. If you make more than about 15 minutes per week of daytime, weekday calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers on the 'weekend' call plan you will have spent more than the ''anytime' call plan would have cost. Additionally, calls to mobile numbers are 6p per minute on the 'anytime' plan as opposed to 12p per minute on the others.

I won't even have a phone plugged in. The line rental is just because I need to pay it to get broadband.
