  • I have just also found this email sent on the 3rd, I tried to call to cancel but they told me I was out of the 30 day limit and cancellation charges of £150 would apply!

Does anyone else think that a letter would have been more appropriate form of notice? I'm waiting to speak to a supervisor so I will let you know how I get on....

No as many complain about letters and want emails .
Using the internet emails are the norm .

If its £150 to terminate can you not pay advanced line rental before the price increase ??
  • To be honest I just want shot of them... had pretty terrible service in the past and I'm moving in a month which will incur a fee or a renewal (no chance!).

I'll see where I get when the supervisor calls tomorrow - I guess they are within their rights but it's tight fisted to refuse a day late.
