Will this reference cause me to lose my admin fee?

The landlord will say the following about me when asked for a reference. I was a lodger, only the bedroom was my personal space.
Rent was always paid on time.
Didn't open curtains or windows
Was messy (she came into my bedroom and noticed I had 4 piles of books which I had nowhere else to put, and 3 piles of papers, so now she will say this)
Place smelled
Basically, she turned off the central heating when April hit. I felt it was too cold to leave the windows open before April, and I only honored the request to leave them open when it became warmer. My bedroom was near the road, so I didn't want to leave the curtains open either. She kept commenting that "windows need to be left open because rooms need to breathe or they will start to smell and "the room will be warmer if you leave the windows and curtains open so the sun can come in".
Is this going to cause me to lose any £300 admin fees?
I'm currently in student housing and I'm claiming housing benefits and jobseekers. I've just found a job which is why I want to move. I intend to sign off the day I move. I'm worried the housing benefits could get me rejected too.

So rent paid ? Check
No mention of actual damage ? Check
Bit of a smelly slob ? Irrelevant Because RENT PAID and NO actual damage.
Nobody has the right to give subjective opinion, which can't be substantiated, and in this case is irrelevant.
I'd remind your old landlord that you'll sue him if he makes any false negative claims.
Has a Job ? Erm sort of ?
Have you discussed the job start date with letting agent ? If you've been honest then should not be an issue.0
