Spml excessive charges.

On the 1st July the FCA ruled that some charges were excessive and the difference should be refunded.https://www.fca.org.uk/your-fca/documents/requirement-notices/southern-pacific-mortgage-limited-vreq

What should be my next step to find out if I am entitled to anything??

    They have written to the affected customers already. Did you actually incur any charges?

    Within the periods stated, I am not sure. Is it worth sending a SAR request off and finding out what charges were applied and when??
