My dad has a desktop pc running on Windows 7. He has a Virgin media hub. He has used the internet via a cable to the hub for a few years now. Although the hub has a password on it's rear, we have never been able to use his wifi.
He has now brought himself a tablet and would like to use it wirelessly but obviously can't connect.
Does he need to contact Virgin media or is there something on his desktop that needs changing?
We aren't very tech minded so keep it simple please
TIA
