Can someone help please

Options
I ordered some clothing online from a company and one of the items didn't fit, I returned tracked and can see it's been accepted at their end, I'm still waiting for a refund it's been over 10 days now.

There are no contact details on the website illegal?

I've messaged them on their Facebook page and immediately been blocked? So I can't comment on anything or message, I since find out from doing some googling that this is happening to a lot of people

Where do I stand now with getting a refund ?

What company? You say you have no contact details so what address did you use to send the item back?

The law gives them up to 14 days to refund so you may just have to wait it out.

    Paid by debit card

Arh yes I have the return address to a warehouse for the items but there's no contact address or telephone number on their website which is illegal

They state in their terms 10 days for a refund but after reading what others have said on google sounds like there's no chance of that

Yet you still chose to deal with them.

One of the first things one should do when considering ordering from a hitherto unknown website is ask the question "how can I contact this seller if anything goes wrong?"

I know hindsight is wonderful, but if everyone did this, there would be far fewer upset buyers.

agreed, a lesson for the future. i never buy from a site if the company or contact info isn't clear & there for all to see. never hurts to do a quick check for online reviews either.

sounds like they might be in trouble or just dire at customer service. CAB info on protection when paid by debit card.

Yes I totally agree, I just didn't think to check they had contact details, they had so many people who were ordering on their Facebook page they seemed popular

    The company is called NEEDTHATLOOK

some info here, problems back to 2013. they have been a Ltd. Co. since April 2014 so there website should clearly state all the Company info.

from this & other info online, i get the feeling it's a company that's perhaps got a bit carried away with it's own supposed success & has tried to expand without having all the necessary back up in place.

i definitely wouldn't be ordering from them just based on the amount of negative comments that are found all over.
