Dial A Flight

Hi all,
Am looking into Florida for next summer holidays - 2 weeks, 14 people, Virgin flights, 7 bed villa and 3 cars. Have got a quote of just over £17K from Dial A Flight but have never heard of them before and am struggling to find any up to date reviews online.
Has anyone had an experience of them please?
Many thanks

Simply look at BA, Virgin, American etc. for flights and car hire. Then look at villas.
Not sure why you would do it any other way......0 -

With that large a group of people conventional approaches to airlines may not unlock the best deals. Speak to a couple of TAs who specialise in group holidaysLegal team on standby0 -
Thank you all, will continue with my quest!0

As information, I can tell you that Dialaflight is part of the Lotus Group (https://www.lotusgroup.co.uk) and the group has been trading for over 30 years. They have featured many times in the Sunday Times Top Track 250 list of private companies. They employ over 500 staff in the UK and have over £300 million of sales per year.
Of course, this does not mean they are perfect, or that they will give you the best price for your trip. No company comes with a 100% guarantee, but they are not a "fly-by-night" company, they are well established and have many satisfied customers (and no doubt a few dissatisfied ones as well)
If you find a better offer than theirs, you should take it, but no particular reason to dismiss them on concerns about them generally.
For clarity, I don't work for them or have any interest in their business. I have been a customer of theirs in the past, and I have also done business with them in times past. I would do both again.
As a customer, I found them most useful for complex multi-flight business class itineraries. I wouldn't use them for straight return tickets. For your request, they may be able to utilise the group or package fares they get from airlines, but you should certainly try other options for quotes.would not touch them with a Barge pole
On the basis of what? If you've had a bad experience, or think they are not competitive, at least give some detail. Random derogatory comments are not helpful to the OP.0 -
As someone who has dealt with Dial-a-Flight on a number of occasions I can highly recommend them.
Their skills is putting together packages of places they have been to personally and they have a strong business ethic that relies heavily on customer satisfaction.
It's why they've been going strong for three decades.
Like the previous poster they have put together complex business flight plans for me when it may well be easier and cheaper to do it myself but that's what I'm paying them to do.
For a large group such as that of the OPs it would also remove a lot of the donkey work.0
