Money claim online - how long?

Hi,


I wonder if anyone has any experience in claiming via MCOL and how long it might take to get to court. I am at the stage where I have just sent the final paperwork (it is a defended claim) and have asked for it to be transferred to my local court.


Anyone have any idea on how long it takes at this stage?

Your local court may be the best people to ask.

Hi just to say I was the person entering these claims. As you have submitted paperwork it takes it to a different work queue you need to contact your local office and find out their time scales. Mine when I raised my claim was 28 days but I think it can be more, but that was because we didnt physically go to court it was all done online with evidence.
