Masters Course Bank Account

Options
Good morning,

My girlfriend completed her undergraduate degree more than 3 years ago so is ineligible for a graduate account. She is now intending on starting a masters course in September. Please can you advise which student account (if any) is most suitable.

Her masters course will last 1 year so she is not able to get many of the student accounts.

Thanks

Lloyds gave me one for a masters, if that helps.

  • Hi. Did you find a bank that would accept her?
I am in the same situation. I am starting a PGCE next week and really need the free student overdraft, as I won't get any bursary money until October and have bills to pay.
I have tried Halifax, HSBC and Santander. Non will let me have a student account as the course is only 1 year and/or because I graduated more than 3 years ago.
