Hi all

Am trying to download all my songs/playlists from my mobile phone onto my laptop using DoubleTwist.

The playlists download fine, but for some reason there are 637 songs which won't import and I get the error saying it "Can't Access File".

This is extremely frustrating as I want to update my iPod before I go on holiday.

Anyone use this, and got any ideas?

    Can you not just simply copy them over in Windows Explorer?

    Are these files a different file type from the others?
