Just wanted to let you know that I received a reply from CP Plus Limited this morning informing me that "my appeal has been upheld and the Notice has been cancelled in full and no further action will take place." HOORAY!!!
Therefore, I just wanted to thank you all for you great advice and for saving me £60 (at least). Please let this be and encouragement for anyone else in a similar situations.
However, I will NOT be parking in there again I can assure you.
