mmm , it seems to me that you have also given away the driver too

therefore you may not be able to use the RK getout of the NTK not being compliant, you will need to research that due to dobbing in the driver :)

the other appeal points are valid though

I was actually the driver, I am the RK too, although it was worded well ha! Thanks for the help.

Signage at location is good to be fair, white lines consistent and visable so that wont wash...

You had the BPA Code of Practice with you when you evaluated the signage and arrived at 'is good to be fair'?

@OP. Hope you're getting there? The more you discover and understand this stuff, the better you will be able to deal with your parking charge.

And who knows, if you feel the confidence from learning 'the knowledge', once we've helped you get off this charge, you'll come back and assist on the very thin line of regulars helping motorists every day of the week on private parking charge issues, almost 24 hours a day.

Most of the regulars graduated via the same route you are presently travelling.

Thanks, I am getting there. I see several a week on the local facebook groups with just people saying 'Ignore it' which, especially in my case, wont help- im hoping to be able to give more direction rather than a local idiot giving their opinions. From looking at several posts there does seem to be very few helping very many- so I can understand where frustrations may come in

I believe you threw away the RK appeal as you gave away yourself as the driver (they always want to know the drivers details) - so strike 1

popla dont allow mitigation , see below - strike 2

    http://www.popla.org.uk/makinganappeal.htm
    How is your appeal considered?

The Assessor considers all of the evidence sent in by you and by the operator but cannot allow an appeal because of mitigating circumstances.
I am not a medically qualified person but I dont think your injury qualifies under the substantive 12 months or longer rule of the EA2010 either , - strike 3

there are no "templates" for popla appeals , but there are dozens of recent examples others have drafted on here, so do a search and adapt one , especially any smart and asda ones (use the search box to find them)

I dont think I have ever seen a sign that complies with the BPA CoP , especially not SMART ones ;)
