Pranky's comment about DVLA removing IPC access to the database was interesting: we all know how much the DVLA like to lose one of their income streams, even if the source of said stream likes breaking the law?0

I think we've known for quite sometime that the IPC are a bunch of lying scumbags run by two corrupt solicitors.
Just shows what a bunch of scum IPC members really are."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
Perhaps a long way from here, but wouldn't it be interesting, should the IPC lose its ATA status, to witness the BPA escapees crawling back and hoping the BPA has been reading the parable of the Prodigal Son?
Maybe the BPA would also consider killing a fatted calf (or pig)! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It will be the European courts that put the silver bullet in to the scam that is parking charge contracts.
Our judges appear to be smitten with the idea of letting two bit clamping crooks rip off and deceive the public.
If they uphold Beavis they nail their own coffins as not fit for the job of what they were trusted to do,
Protect the freedom of the Queens subjects.
They swore upon oath to do so.
Are they really going to let these crooks and there lying ways lose on the public ?I do Contracts, all day every day.0
