Appeal or wait p4parking

I wonder if anyone could give advice, I received a pcn from p4parking but I'm now at the 14 days for the lower fine. Do I send an appeal now or wait for a further letter. Thanks in advance

    Appeal, you have nothing to lose, even if the decision goes against you you have no obligation to pay, unless they take you to court and win, (unlikely).
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
