Problems with Accident Management Insurance

I am hoping someone could give me some advice here. Following a care accident (the other party was at fault) I have had an on going compensation claim. I pay for accident management cover with my insurance (Ageas) and my accident management company is BD Elite. They use Zest Legal in Manchester for personal injury claims who I have been told I have to use.

I have had nothing but problems with them since November 2014 and today has been the final straw. I have received an extremely rude email from Zest Legal. I am actually shocked at the level of rudeness, incompetence and lack of customer for a service I am actually paying for. I am waiting to take this further and do not want to reply to the email I however cannot find any details anywhere for a contact for my complaint or complaints procedure. I need to do this before I can take this to the Ombudsman.

Any help would be very much appreciated :)
