RMNJ Conveyancing

We used RMNJ's conveyancing services for buying our first house late last year. Our case was assigned to Mr Stephen White, and we have nothing but praise for him.
Being first time buyers, one of the things we were looking for in our conveyancer was responsiveness, and we always found Stephen (Steve) prompt and accurate, not to mention very knowledgeable as well. He established contact with the seller’s solicitor immediately and asked for the required information at right junctures, he also shared copies of that communication with us to keep things transparent.
Where Steve and RMNJ exceeded our expectations was when he took initiative to contact the estate management company, for some critical information, when the seller's solicitor failed to get the required information in timely manner. That move certainly accelerated the transaction completion.
Knowing the fact that we were first time buyers, Steve and his colleague John Darby took time to educate us about the key components of the transaction.
We did some research before appointing RMNJ, and we found them very competitive on their prices as well, and in the end are very pleased that we took their services.0 -
I have used them twice. First time around 4 years ago there were good but it turns out they did miss a few things as when I came to sell my buyers solicitor picked up.
I used them again recently and I thought the service was poor. (You get what you pay for) As other people have mentioned they were very slow. I wouldn't recommend.0 -

Agree with above, they were slow and took ages to reply. I had to call them daily to make sure exchange and completion was possible in my time frame.
Would use a local solicitor next time."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I used them for a house purchase / sale a couple of years ago. It was slightly complicated in that a parcel of land with covenants was linked with the house purchase. I found RMNJ to be brilliant, I mainly used email to contact which was responded to very speedily. For the complex conversations around covenants I phoned them. So speaking from my personal experience I would definitely recommend.0
