Duplicate credit expert account

After a long period of not looking at my credit file (but paying for it http://static.moneysavingexpert.com/images/forum_smilies/angry-smiley-030.gif ) I discovered today that I have TWO accounts with credit expert (different email addresses).
They both relate to me and as far as I can see contain the same info but the overall score is different - one fair and one good.
How is this even possible and what do I do about it? Initial (unhelpful) conversation with credit expert has them telling me I only have one account despite me giving them details of second.

I understand that you've spoken to my colleagues previously regarding this issue in relation as to why two membership have been created, I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the conversation.
So that we can establish how this has happened and look at resolving this for you please could you email us your details (name/dob/address) and we will gladly take a look into this further for you.

Thanks - I emailed yesterday so I will wait for a response.
To clarify whilst it is frustrating that I have two accounts, I'm actually far more concerned that they portray a different status depending on which account is accessed.0 -
Just goes to show the truth about the score they give you and why you should never pay money for getting that worthless number.0
